“This is eternal life, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.” (John 17:3).

The reason we exist is to know Jesus intimately, reflect Him in our lives, and make Him known to others.

We don't operate as a charity, but provide legal coverage for Evangelical Christians in Turkey

The first Evangelical entity officially recognized by the government of the Republic of Turkey

The land of Asia Minor is the historical setting of the first expressions of the Christian faith, widely recorded throughout the New Testament. Today, this land continues to host some of the most ancient churches in the world. However, the Christian presence has shrunk dramatically in the last century due to many adverse circumstances.

Although the Protestant or Evangelical faith began spreading in Turkey during the 19th century, it was not until the late 20th century that it began to consolidate. Although Turkey boasts one of the most pluralistic culture in the Middle East, Christians still face many difficulties as they attempt to be accepted in their own society.

Our Churches

Our churches are composed mostly of Turkish citizens who have embraced the Christian faith and desire to exercise their freedom of conscience, religion, and expression within the framework of mutual respect. They advocate for the normalization and protection of minority rights and desire to bless Turkish society through the personal exercise of Christian values which transcend any individual culture.  More

Our Goals

Our foundation is not set up as a charity, educational, or research institution. Structurally, we mirror the existing mosque foundations in the country by providing the necessary legal grounds for Evangelical Christians to be able to practice their faith publicly, in community, and be protected by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Our goal is to provide socially acceptable worship facilities that meet the spiritual needs of all those who embrace the faith of Christ and want to express it publicly in their native language and culture. Our worship facilities are open to the public and are properly registered under the regulations and laws of the country.  More

What Keeps Us Going?

For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.”

(2 Corinthians 5:14-15)

What keeps us going is Christ's love and witnessing lives transformed by Him.

A few weeks ago our lawyer asked M, a member of the Church in Izmit, (pictured): “Is there any way for your family to desist in their efforts to take all your properties?” She referred to the land and apartments that he'd earned after a lifetime's hard work. In tears, M replied: “They will immediately desist if I deny Christ! But how can I reject the most valuable treasure I have?” “Well," she answered, "At least try to retain a property." Without a pause he answered: “Would not Jesus give his cloak when people attempted to take away his coat in a court?” (Matthew 5:40).
